French cuisine is one of the best in world and today we would like to teach you how to cook a chocolate ganache, who has its origins in the Hexagon. The ganache is used as an icing or filling for several pastries and it is easy to prepare it, because it is based only on three ingredients: chocolate, whipped cream and butter. You have to boil the cream and to pour it on the chocolate. Mix it and you have in front of you a sweet chocolate ganache that you can add in your cakes. Be careful, if you are a chocolate addict….don’t eat the ganache before you decorate your cake with it!
